Locating “the perfect home” is the fun and exciting part, but can also be challenging without the proper tools.  That is why I have created this up to date website that will notify you when “the perfect home” comes available.  I encourage you to use my website as that tool.  You can search by map location, city, style, or cost and many other criteria’s available.

Negotiations-

Finding your dream home is the exciting part but writing an offer involves complex documents to be signed, presented, and negotiated in a timely manner this an the essential part. I will strive to write an attractive offer that makes sense to you. When it is time to negotiate your offer, I will advocate for you.  I will ensure all inspections are ordered and delivered to my client. Repairs will be negotiated with poise.  Deadlines will be met promptly.  I will be in constant communication to guide you through every step of the way.

How Am I Paid-

My pay is a negotiated agreement through the MLS of a shared commission.  The pay comes from the sellers’ side and is split several ways. Realtors do not get paid hourly wages our check is given after your home closes.  Buyer
